In 1995, Beth Wellesley founded Promoting Brilliance, Inc. As a career, organizational and people development consultant, Beth has given of herself professionally to roles identified as a change agent and a collaboration pilot, more traditionally known as communication coach, professional trainer, and career consultant.
Her practical approach to growing collaborative, cohesive teams and enterprises evolved from over 20 years of business and nonprofit enterprise experience. She has worked with both individuals and organizations of various size, including: Ameriprise, Boston Scientific, Cisco, DeliExpress, Jostens, Manhattan Toy, Thymes, BAE Systems, and numerous creative and professional service firms.

Michael joined Promoting Brilliance in 2001 as the leader of our Marketing and Client Services Team. Michael possesses over twenty-five years marketing experience in strategic planning specialized in retail products and financial services on a national and international basis.
Michael has held leadership positions with several Fortune 1000 companies focused on Internet and direct marketing. His last three positions have been at the Director level or above for internet subsidiaries of two major advertising firms, Campbell-Mithun and J Walter Thompson as well as an Executive Vice President for Antenna Tres, a Spanish television network with affiliates in Latin and North America. His strong cross-cultural marketing experience is backed by a decade of work in the financial field acting as an econometric consultant to firms such as Dain Bosworth, American Express and the government of Uganda.
A magna cum laude graduate of St. Thomas University in St. Paul with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science minoring in Education. He acquired his M.A. in Econometrics at the Industrial Areas School of the University of Chicago. He has participated in multiple accredited professional programs in the fields of marketing, finance, and strategic planning at Stanford University and the Universidad de Madrid.

Our offices are located in the Track 29 Building adjacent to the Chain of Lakes area in Minneapolis Minnesota. We are located just north of the Minneapolis Greenway.
The Track 29 building is located 1.5 blocks north of Lake Street and 1 block east of Lyndale Avenue South. Parking is free and available on the street. There is also underground parking during inclement weather. Contact us to make arrangements to park indoors. Please do not park on the Greenway Bridge as the city will ticket.
