Define what "having it all" means to you! Career & Life Blending is an assessment of one's roles and values in the ebb and flow of professional and private life. It is a rational approach for creating harmony within your career and life.

Career & Life Blending (CLB) is an interactive online format for creating a visual "Mind Map" for the various roles and values in the lives of today's working adults. Think of it as a game of TWISTER for your life roles and values. CLB used in conjunction with Keyssential (tm), a proprietary communication styles tool, creates an authentic self-assessment of what "having it all" means for one's personal and professional life. For over ten years, Keyssential has creatively engaged individuals, teams and businesses for strategic alignment of their communication styles.
Career & Life Blending programing is available to individuals and organizations as one-to-one consulting and coaching services as well as workshop formats.
The United States is currently undergoing a fundamental shift in the composition of its citizens. Not just along racial, religious, and gender lines, but more intrinsically, what are the career and life priorities that reflect our personal diversity. How do we blend our career and life values in order to achieve something more than the materialism that has defined successful life for the last two centuries in this country, to a more meaningful definition of the phrase "having it all"?
