9 Ways To Cultivate Your Leadership Brilliance™

In today’s world it’s a great idea to learn more about your leadership brilliance and even how to lead yourself if you are not in a leadership role at work. Find out what makes you shine when you’re tasked with leadership responsibilities and decisions.

Our choices reflect how we show-up. We are not always aware that we can make as individuals because of our attitudes, focus, and communication.

Our individual engagement is potent. These choices create experiences and impressions that can cultivate the environments and relationship we interact with over time.

The experience we create is a factor of our Leadership Brilliance and creates Competency Currency™ that touches both work related and personal relationships with fellow collaborators, friends and family.

Yes—it’s all about showing up!

  1. Value the contributions of others and let people know you are appreciative.
